A 28-year-old male, known hypertensive on amlodipine and losartan presented to the Emergency Department with severe central chest pain and palpitations. On arrival, blood pressure was unrecordable, pulse was rapid and thready, with cold clammy extremities; though remained conscious. Question: What does the ECG show; what investigations and further management do you suggest?
