History of Present Illness
The patient reports a 2-day history of abdominal pain that started around the navel and then moved to the lower right abdomen. The pain is constant, sharp, and worsens with movement. He also reports fever, chills, and loss of appetite. He has not had any vomiting or bloody stools. Reports fever in the previous one day,
